It is a saying many people could relate to. Take example of - sex, the more you have it, the better you'll get. The better you get, the more pleasurable sex will be. The more pleasurable it is, the more you will have it. See, it's a win-win situation.
I remember when I was quite 'young' and inexperienced. Both me and my girl were just trying to figure out the whole birds and the bees thing. It was awkward at first but we got the hang of it after lots of practice.
If we ever broke up, her new boyfriend or husband is a very lucky man.
