Racial issue?

Got Scooby back from workshop and had an interesting conversation with the workshop guy. At one point of our conversation, he asked who knocked my car and I said a guy who has a bit too much to drink.

He ask, what race? I told him (the race). He went, "dia sudah bayar ka?". I said, 'belum'. He said "aiyo, orang bangsa ini susah sikit la, diaorang tarak mau bayar punya".

I left the workshop thinking about how stereotyping is still alive and kicking.
