Very silent

I had dinner with colleagues tonight and a regional manager from Dubai was asking why I have been very 'quiet' lately. I did not realized that I have been 'quiet' until they mentioned that I don't reply their email as often now a days.

Honestly, I have been busy building my team as well as trying to achieve my given target that I do not have much time left for friends. I basically have only Friday night to hang out and that's it. Hmmmm...I promise I will make more effort.
