Happiness and Sex

There is a theory that a person cannot be truly be happy unless his or her sex and food needs are taken care off.

What it means is this:
If a person has money, it will not guarantee happiness unless he/she has enough to eat and has enough/good sex.
If a person has a good career, it will not guarantee happiness unless he/she has enough to eat and has enough/good sex.

That's the theory la. What do you think? True?

food, sex & money are in the lowest of the hierarchical pyramid of needs according to Maslow's theory. Self actualisation from career is on top. Hence, if no sex but got career = not happy
