Astro Sucks

It was 10:30pm and I was ready to watch channel 734 (Discovery Realtime) and the freaking message came out "This channel is not included in your subscription...blah..blah" Crap .............there goes my fav car show.

This is what I call a "c*ck teaser" approach. They let you sample a channel for a few months or so, then they cut you off. Pay or you will never see your car show again!!!! That's the message.

I do not blame them (although their approach suck big time). This happens ever since the CFO of AAAN plc became the CEO of Astro. Being a Chief Financial Officer before, she focuses on profit and loss. Rightly so I might say. This approach is just one of the ways Astro is bowing to shareholders for increase in profits.

How does that impacted on me? A bit upset just now cause I am missing this great show but I will survive (remember Gloria Gaynor song?). I have got bigger stuff on my mind than to worry about a car show. Tomorrow, I will call Astro and start to subscribe for Metro package. It is going to cost me another RM14 buck.
