A man in Japan is trying to get the country to recognize a marriage between a human and a 2D person (aka image). He fell in love with a cartoon character and wanted to marry this woman (image above is just an illustration. I have no clue which character he wanted to marry). So far, he managed to get few signatures (must be his friends...) to start the ball rolling.
I am just wandering how his brain is wired. Maybe his mom or dad dropped him on the floor when he was young. Maybe his 3D gf left him and he is on a rebound. Regardless, I wish him all the best :)
